You may also retrieve a copy of your crash report in person under certain circumstances. If the Providence Police responded to the accident, you may request a copy of your report from the department by calling (401) 243-6416 and then picking it up at City Hall. The cost is $0.15 per page and up to $15/hour in labor costs after the first hour.
Other police departments may make copies of the report available in-person, either free of charge or for a small fee. You should call the department in question for additional information.
You may not get a copy of your crash report in person if the State Police responded to the crash.
