SMITHFIELD, RI – First responders were called to the scene after a vehicle crashed into the front of a music store in the Smithfield area.

Photos from the scene show a white SUV crashed through the front entrance of the Music Complex RI on Putnam Pike near Austin Avenue.

The circumstances leading up to the crash remain unknown, and it is also unclear whether there were any injuries sustained. Should any further information come to light, this news blog will be updated.
