Narrative
SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI – Three people were hurt Thursday, including a police officer, following a two-vehicle crash in South Kingstown.
The incident happened around 12:50 p.m. at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 138, which is northwest of Gilbert Stuart Birthplace and Mueseum.
Police haven’t shared any details about what happened except to say that a southbound vehicle struck an eastbound police cruiser.
Medics transported the South Kingstown police officer and two other people to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
